The 1998 International Obfuscated C Code Contest winners were announced during the Usenix '99 Technical Conference IOCCC BOF. The names of the winners are available but the source code is not available at this time.

Q: When will we get to see the winning programs?

A: The winners have been notified by EMail soon after the IOCCC BOF. They will be given a chance to review the write-up of their entry. If the review process is not completed by the end of June, then the winners will be posted sometime in early September. Once this process is complete, the winners will be made available on the Winning entries web page.
